Isle of Pine Grapefruit

Anyone heard of this? I found it in an old Florida Tropical fruits book at the library..supposed to be seedy but super sweet...wouldn't mind trying this as I like juicing grapefruit so the seed thing doesn't really factor in...

which claims that "Triumph", a common (?) dooryard tree in Florida is similar to both "Royal" and "Isle of Pines".

And....finally, "Isle of Pines" is listed (as growing) in this article about touring the Fruit and Spice Park in Homestead:

in which it is equated with "Triumph" and "Royal". The article makes much of its flavor. I believe grapefruit (except the pink ones and pummelo hybrids) come true from seed, so.......

This was one of the first citrus trees I would search out at the Fruit & Spice Park before it was removed due to the canker scare.  A real keeper if you can find it.
