Cherry fruit fly
« on: March 27, 2018, 10:54:02 AM »
We had an issue with cherry fruit fly last year and many of the ripening cherries having larvae in it. Wondering how others solve cherry fruit fly issue? Planning to apply some peatiside this year as it's flowering now, not sure if that's good way of doing it or there are better ways.

For one pick all fruit and distroy it cooking it in oven do not let any lava exit cherry to fall on ground to let cycle start all over again.spray tree with seven liquid every week or so as cherries mature then stop before nearing time to pick to eat.
