Unknown Avocado wasp...

I found these "wasp" congregating on my young Avocado Tree. Does anyone know their ID?

They look like Ichneumonid wasps to me, but I can't tell for sure.  Ichneumonidae are parasitoids, they are beneficial.

Not know much about predatory wasp, I let them be, in the hope that they are beneficial. Thanks for the reply.
