Title: Is this iron deficiency?

Hello, I'm still trying to help my trees recover from Irma, and the 2 weeks of being underwater, followed by 2 weeks of soaked ground.   Does this look like iron deficiency?  It is new growth, still soft.

Iron deficiency symptoms on a citrus tree, shows up on the tree's new leaves as you have written.. Further, the symptoms for iron identification is green veins on otherwise  yellow leaf.  However, in your tree's case, if it is deficient in iron, the deficiency is very slight indeed.. After the recent past history of this tree, it could be caused soil pH, or the highly wet soil.

Thanks for your excellent reply Millet.  I should add that after my trees were stressed by Irma and the flood, they were DEVASTATED by a ruthless attack by leaf miners.  Almost every single leaf was attacked on almost every tree.  It's been a rough year for my trees in general.  I bought some parasitic wasps and other beneficial insects, as well as a systemic treatment.  It seems they seem to be helping some. 

I'm going to go ahead and do a root drench, followed by a leaf feeding using micros. 

To be honest, I'm amazed by citrus trees have survived this onslaught.  Many of my non citrus trees were unfortunately destroyed by the hurricane / flood.
