I saw some mulberries at H.D. that were not marked. Would anyone know what variety they are? Tag says grown for Delray Plants by Pine Island Nursery...sku 289-435. There was no description when scanned.

Looks like it could be a Tice, but not sure.

PS that's a lot of dough for a mulberry, especially if it's a tice -- which is extremely easy to propagate and grows faster than a bolt of lightning.
Is there a graft line?

Jeff...I was so busy trying to get variety info, that I forgot to pull up the paper & check for a graft.
I bought a Himalyan last year that I absolutely love!!!! Are they easy to propagate as well? The Himalyan is the only reason that I'm interested.

Himalayan is indeed very delicious. However, if memory serves, it is very hard to propagate via cuttings and is normally grafted (to tice cuttings). Tice is delicous too, but the tree is a monster.
