Thanks for link,   here is another source of useful information,   the Agrodok series has plenty of useful booklets with focus on the tropical third world, but would be great for those off the grid folks.   not everyone has access to fancy farm equipment, or can afford it.

Scroll down to the actual pdf publications, which you can download.  the agromisa site used to have them for free download but seems they are not free anymore, I downloaded them all when they were free years ago.
