Snek, your trees and fruit are so beautiful and so much fruit for container trees.  I hope I can get mine to be like that.  Inspirational!

Congratulations on your new baby Brian.  I look forward to reading and seeing pictures as your greenhouse building progresses.  Very interesting so far.

That is very interesting Heinrich that you have gotten so many trees from seed to bloom so young.  I have been growing various kinds from seed for about the past  5 or 6 years but none have bloomed yet out of about 100.

Millet, I had the same happen with the seeds I got from Laaz also.  Also, when I separated some of the small plants I also found several plants developing within the seed case still attached.

Millet, those Blood Clementine Seedlings are interesting.  Many more of them are still sending up additional multiple seedlings.  Several of mine now have as many as 5 coming from the one seed even though the first seeding came up several days ago.   I went back today to see if I could now separate the ones that seemed to be fused together.  Today they had developed their own roots and I cut through the small spot where they were fused together.   They were easily divided after that and I think they will be fine on their own.  I am surprised I never have seen any fused together like that before and found several like that in this batch.  I wish I had taken a picture, but I forgot.  There are still more mutiples coming up, so maybe some of those will be fused too and I can get a picture.  It is also interesting to me that this one with the large leaf is one of them that was fused.  It has such a different shaped leaf than all the others, even it's twin.

Very nice Laaz.  Thanks for posting.

Millet, I looked to see if I could divide my mutiples, but they are still within the seed and are actually still fused together and don't have enough roots to Iive on their own.  I had expected each to have its own root, but not yet.  I don't remember seeing the two seedlings fused together like that before, but maybe that is because I waited longer to try to separate them.

That will be interesting to see Laaz.  Of the 5 seedlings that have sprouted only one so far is slightly green; the others are just creamy white, even the first true leaves are creamy white .  I have read about plants with green leaves producing variegated fruit.  It must be a surprise to see the variegated fruit on a green tree or branch.

I bought seeds from Laaz too.  I did not remove the outer seed covering before planting them in soil.  It was interesting to me that the variegated sour oranges germinated first, then the blood clementines, and now the blood limes are coming up.  None of the fast trifoliate have germinated yet. I planted some Moros about the same time and they are germinating now too.     Only 2 seeds so far came up as doubles.  The variegated sour orange so far have no clorophyll at all.  I hope they survive.  It is fun to watch them.
