any thoughts on the best way to increase the acidity of soilless mixes and the best option for liquid feeds and Te 's?

I believe used coffee grounds are acidic. I have heard that 10% of the mix can be grounds.

Pine bark is acidic component if soilless mix.
Dynagrow foliage pro ...for foliar feed. Nutricote 13 13 13 is very good slow release for soil.

I was hoping for some kind of liquid/ powdered acidifier. Is there something like this out there?

Sulfur.
You can add vinegar to your watering can in a 1 to 16 part ratio.

PH down from mail order is a nice option and you can also add liquid trace elements and nutrients ordered from online. The pH down has some buffering capacity so pH will not drift so dramatically.
