I have found today this one growing out of a piece of coconut palm, looks delicious but don't know anything about mushrooms, any guess?

If underneath there are fine gills that run from the stem to the edge I would say it is ploroutus, oyster.  At least in our area they are common and there aren’t any dangerous mushrooms that look similar.

I'll add a third for oyster mushroom, and also second the recommendation of talking to mushroom hunters to get a second opinion.

Bracket fungi, as a group, are among the safer categories of mushrooms.  The greatest hazard is from your random ground-fruiting agarics.

Yes I agree on it being an Oyster mushroom, here are some photos of different varieties oysters I grew. They will grow on about anything that is dead even cardboard.  They tell tell signs with the mushroom identity(besides the general shape and color) is the gills(bottom fins) connecting to the stem and tapers down.  Pick it, it is ready.

Great topic... a lot of fun information on the internet.

Fungus among us... I'll drink with my homemade wine to that...
