This Downloadable PDF is one of the most complete and technical compilations I have found.

http://www.panhwar.com/Adobe/Mango_Book_MH_Panhwar.pdf

Although it was written for Pakistan commercial mango production, there is information here I have not found anywhere else,  235 pages jam packed with useful information.

Interestingly they speak of "Florida" mangoes often .  a must read, whether you have 1 tree or 10,000

Informative, but creepy. Closeup those larva, and thinking about them in my fruit is a little unsettling.
