Avocado fruit for sale
« on: May 15, 2020, 10:32:33 AM »
Extra rich CA grown Hass.  26$ per medium flat rate box shipped.

The Hass are end of season and very high oil content now.  These are way better than store fruit.

I also have a few fuertes, Sir Prize, Pinkertons, and Sharwils left.

40$ for combo sampler box.

In June, reed, ardith, and lamb will be coming online.

Ok Jason and Kaz my paypal is brad@paragontropicals.com

Put a note in there with your order and address please.

Thanks for all the support, a lot of others bought boxes too so Im going to pause the sale until I get these shipped early next week.  I pick the fruit each day so they dont ripen all at once.

Theres should be more Hass boxes but that may be it for the combo boxes until new stuff comes online.  Let me get these out and report back whats available next week.

Thank you!

Hey Brad,
It's been a few weeks but had the Sir Prize, Fuerte and Hass. All great tasting.
I may have waited a little long on the Fuerte. Had a little stringing.
Still waiting on the Pinkerton and Sharwil as they are still hard.
Thank you

I think some of the fuertes are getting stringy from hanging too long on the tree maybe.  Most seem fine, but a couple I tried had that too.  I always try a d pick the biggest and best looking ones to send to people.  We eat all the sunburnt and tiny fruit and sell the good ones.

Received Brad's combo pack, just ate some yesterday and they were very good.
I cut one Pinkerton but it was not ripe yet so the one I ate was not in my taste review below.
-> update, 6/3/20. Cut another Pinkerton that was ripe, it tasted very good (#1a)

Thanks Brad.

I got some from Brad earlier this year and they arrive perfectly and were really good.
I'm not even that much of an Avocado guy and I really enjoyed them

My avocados arrived today. Great looking. Can't wait to taste them. And I love avocado. Growing up we always had a tree in the backyard. Free produce. And we ate a lot of avocado sandwiches back in the days..

I have to post this while I am in heaven with my avocado sandwich. I cut open one Hass this afternoon.  Amazing.
My hubby had bought some by Wegmans. I cut those up first. Absolutely NO Comparison. See pictures.
1st picture are the ones from Wegmans. Could not even be eaten. Trash.
Second picture my lovely Hass from Brad. And it tasted great with my avocado/mayo spread and lettuce with Gouda cheese sandwich.
Thanks again for offering these for sale.
