Hi all,
So last year I posted requesting some seeds of the top mango varieties available in America to be sent to Australia. Had to put everything on hold due to Covid! But now I'm keen to pursue this further and finally knock the Kensington Pride off it's pedestal in Australia.

I have sourced scions of seed grown lemon zest, orange sherbet and sweet tart here in Aus and should be able to taste the fruit within a year or two!

With mango season underway in America I was wanting to add sugarloaf and kryptonite (aka kathy or k3) as I've read they both should produce poly seeds so chances are I can have a clone of the parent. Is anyone willing to help me out here and of course I'll pay for your troubles and also open to suggestions of other poly varities.

Hello all,

I want to see what all the debate is about regarding some of the well known American varieties of mangoes against some that are commonly grown here in Australia. Over here in Australia, the Kensignton Pride reigns king as probably the best if not one the best mango with others such as Kwan or sam rue do being up there, but I've read through many threads claiming other varieties easily trump the KP.

What I'm looking for is someone that could send me some mango seeds in the coming season of some of the best poly-embryonic mangoes. I believe varieties such as Lemon zest, Orange Sherbet, Sweet Tart are poly but I'm also open to suggestions.

I know it'll be years before I can compare but perhaps my current mangoes will be grafted over if these varieties are as good as what some claim. I'm happy to pay for the seeds.

Hi all,
I have the option of obtaining what some might consider rarer amnonas, being cornifolia and spinescens. Both are grafted onto annona muricata rootstocks. My question is I live in a marginal climate for murricata and I don't believe it would be the best suitability for my area. Does anyone have any insight on how muricata performs as a rootstock especially in a climate that can get some cold? My zone in the American system would be considered a 10a and only see some real light frost on possibly 1 or 2 winter days.

First time poster from Australia.
Seeking some advice on Cherimoya varieties. I currently have a fino de jete and can get my hands on a 'campa' and 'bays' v ariety.  Does anyone have any experience with these two as I can't find much information on them
 I've been told by the seller that the campa is probably a variety from Chile if that helps at all.
