Searching, Desert King (Israel variety) Dragon Fruit cuttings
« on: January 17, 2017, 08:10:55 PM »
Hi,
I am searching cuttings from Desert King pitaya. Cuttings need to be treated with fungicide and pesticide before shipping.

Please tell me if you find any.
The hardest plants to grow are often those most worth growing.

Israel have a permit to import now dragon fruits to the US market so you might find fruit from local store. At least Hawaii they have it.

I just planted seeds yesterday. I got the fruit about a month ago at the Santa Fe Springs Swap meet. There's a guy that sells exotic fruit there. I bout Quinces and tiny pineapples there yesterday.  He ran out of the dragon fruit from isreal though.  Luckily I saved a bunch of the seeds.
