FGM Yard Haul 7/12/12

Here's what I picked the last 2 days...lots of Graham mangos, Marisa Abiu, Pantin Mamey and a small PSM mango.

 

This oversize Marisa Abiu weighed 24oz. With one small seed, it's almost all delicious pulp!

Sweet looking bunch as always, FGM. Thanks for sharing.
Just curious, why do you always pick your mangos green even though it's home grown?

Is this your main crop? Do you get two crops per year?

These Grahams were picked from the interior of the tree (shady side) and they do not get the nice color of the ones that ripen in full sunlight. Several of them were already getting soft. Even this green they ripen nicely and are very sweet. Also if I let them get super ripe, the squirrels get to them first! I would prefer to let them color up but I would lose too many!

This is the main crop but I do get a second crop in November & December

FGM, do you grow enough abiu to sell or just for your pleasure?
Or does anyone know if any roadside markets have them, been wanting to taste this fruit for a while now.

By the way your yard hauls are always impressive!    :D
