This is not an edible fruit tree, but one of the most beautiful trees in the world. All the tree, leaves, wood, etc have odor to roses. Its essential oil is the main element of Channel Nr 5 perfume.

Extremely rare and endangered. Millions of trees were illegally harvested to extract the essential oil, but recently was discovered that it is possible to extract the essential oil from the leaves, so it is not needed to kill the tree yo produce the oil, just prune it!
