Need help identifying Annona tree

This tree is in the backyard of my employee's neighbor's house. Notice the flowers on the tree if you can zoom in on the one picture.

looks like a type of sugar apple.

Possibly custard apple (A. Reticulata). Doesn't seem like rollinia, the flowers look wrong.

taste the fruit and let us know what color the skin/pulp is...and if it's sweet, and has a non-gritty texture.

Reticulata 100%, definately  not rollinia or sugar apple.
