Stamvrug seeds to trade
« on: January 03, 2016, 09:12:49 AM »
Hi all

I have a few packets of 10 seeds each of fresh stamvrug (Englerophytum magalismontanum).  I want to trade.  The preferred seeds that I am looking for is abiu, gac, mangosteen, jaboticaba, chocolate sapote, giant grenadilla and adzuki beans.  I will give preference to those who can trade with my preferred seeds.  Also, packets that are being send to me, needs a tracking code from your postal services, otherwise I won't receive it.  If needed, I will pay for the postal service.

Thank you

Would love to see pics of the fruits you collected F.A:)

Are the trees near you still fruiting I was in hiking near Hartebeesport dam in Gauteng around October and trees were full of flowers.

Im hoping if I go back soon I can still catch some ripe fruit!

Hallo to all

Here is a photo I took just now.  Now you can you all see what it looks like.  The fruit as it is, the fruit without the skin and then the seed.

Today I was able to get some more fruit.

All the trees in my area are currently fruiting, Stuart.  I think if you go to Hartebeespoort Dam within the next week or two, you might still be able to get some.  I am far from Hartebeespoort, so I don't know how fruiting time are different from us.

ChikaZ, I will really appreciate it if I can get adzuki beans from you.  My daughter is pestering me now for a few weeks to get hold of some seeds.  She is hoping to one day visit Japan or even move there and she heard about adzuki beans from Japanese stories. LOL

ChikaZ, it is OK.  Please keep on the lookout.  I will really appreciate it if you can send me some.  Hope it was delicious anyway.  :)
