what is it ?
« on: January 10, 2018, 04:39:00 AM »
A good friend of mine has just found that fruit tree visiting a farm in the north of New Caledonia. It seems to have been planted there years ago but no one at the farm knows who planted it , what it is and where it comes from. Anyone could help me identifying it ? Thanks in advance for your help and happy new year and best wishes to you all.

It's possible. Take a close up photo of seeds and leaves to ID for sure.

A Mother White Sapote tree. Good find, that tree is huge. Thats a motherload of rootstock potential for France.
