Is Mahachanok mango suppose to have blooms like this

It is not the norm, but i have seen this happen in a couple of my trees. How long has ur tree been in the ground? Old enough to hold fruit?

It can happen, mainly if you have removed a lot of the new foliage. Now, what's totally wrong is the mulch around the base of your tree.
