Pouteria Bullata
« on: April 15, 2018, 10:21:43 PM »
I received from Luc some seeds labeled as PA. Bullata over 10 years ago, the tree was planted on a slope in the hill, where I only water occasionally in dry season, it has grown fine and steady looks really happy, but never flowered, so the last two years I didn't water through the 6 months dry season and still push new growth, looks very confortable and is a large 14/17 feet high and very wide, taking space who could be use for a productive tree, I have been thinking about getting rid of it, maybe is from a cooler weather and lacks chilling hours, anyone growing or familiar with Pouteria Bullata? Leaves are similar to Abiu but much larger and wider...
