Araticum da restinga, annona parviflora, harvesting a green one

Hi, I harvested this one and it was better than when fully yellow: nice taste acid and sweet, similar to chirimoya but softer; then I smell the perfume of the skin and it remembers me lemon pie. I never tasted a rollinia deliciosa but I think it should be similar.
It was very attached to the plant, I tought it would be very unripe but no: it was soft to the touch and good.
