I've bought some cuttings off of spicy exotics in the past, but never had luck with them. I always receive them damaged. I prefer to buy them locally, but thanks for the help I really appreciate it.

Oohhh you too! It has happened to me too the 2nd time I ordered from them. One end of the box got torn up and 3/4 of the cutting fell out during transit. I got refunded so that's why I gave them another chance and this time I was lucky.
I wish you luck in finding one!
thank you and good luck growing you dragon fruit hope to see some updates on their growth

Frankie's red stems are usually thin compared to other varieties. I had two growing in pots but they rotted due to cold weather

I normally water my dragon fruit every three days or until the soil dries up. They do love moisture

It was sunburned but it also had fungus.I bought it from a nursery they had a ad on Craigslist i saw the pictures they all looked really nice and healthy. So I called them to make a appointment to pick them up I even told them if they were the same ones in the pictures, they told they were so I went to go pick them up took me a 1 hour to get their. When I checked out the plants they were completely the opposite of what they looked like in the picture most of them were all sunburned and chewed up by ants, I didn't want to leave empty handed so I took the decent looking one. That's the last time I'm buying something from Craigslist

Anyone know when it should be picked? Does the fruit need to be soft for it to be picked. It's my first time getting fruit from this tree
