I have lots of ackee seeds right now also and can ship to Hawaii but will need to get a permit which costs $10.

he doesn't ship.  $20 for most grafted stuff he has.  just for big island sales. if you want soemthing from him, you have to pick up, bareroot and do your own APHIS inspection if you take it off island.
