the number of HLB detections in California is quickly approaching 700. There have been more than 350 detections in Riverside, Los Angeles, and Orange counties this year alone.

List of cities in Orange County (CA) with HLB detections is increasing by the day.
Surprisingly, its not really in the local news nowadays. You have to go the CDFA website and carefully navigate through it to find the latest detections.
