Can anyone help me identify this species of Mango?

I've had this Mango tree that has been grown from seed from a neighbor who brought it from Mexico, and it has been growing in my backyard for years now and it gives very sweet fiberless fruit but I don't know what variety it is.

Based on your post above, its a seedling.

Just curious what the embryo (dehusked seed) looks like.  The shape of the mango itself looks so much like a SE Asian mango/descendant.  If the seed is poly (like many SE Asian mangos) then your tree could likely be a clone of the original or a remote chance of being the lone zygote seedling (new variety).
Otherwise, if the seed is mono, then it is a seedling (new variety) as Rob has stated.

The tree is about 10 years old, I have some seedlings of this unknown variety but I've never taken pictures of the dehusked seed
