Free for the digging in San Diego: plum loquats figs bananas citrus avo

I have a friend who’s brother went nuts in her yard starting 7yrs ago. She’s cleaning up and getting rid of dozens of trees. Most mature. Plum and loquats would make great rootstocks. Fig and bananas are good but she doesn’t know variety.
