Title: Espoma Iron Tone Fertilizer For Eugenias - Users?
Post by: Kevin Jones on September 14, 2017, 11:18:36 PM
I put out some Espoma Brand Iron Tone Fertilizer this evening around some of my different Eugenias that have had chronic leaf yellowing.
Just curious if others had tried it with any success.
Or had other bits of wisdom to impart.

Thanks.

Kevin

Do you have lack of iron or is the pH a problem?  I use the acidifier they make to correct yellowing, but my problem is pH.

I think I addressed the ph issue by adding elemental sulfur awhile back. It's in their Holly Tone product.
No difference.
Now I'm trying the iron supplement.
Too soon to tell.

I never knew of the "Iron Tone" and I'm a huge Espoma guy. Thanks for the heads-up. Their products kick ass btw... or bye-the-way for the geezers. Kidding. Chris
