Hi! Any one knows if the green Inga Vulpina seeds are edible? Thank's!
Out of about 250 species of inga there are only a handful that have edible seeds, and i don't think vulpina is on that list. Most are toxic, so do NOT eat, even after roasting.

Hi, I am new to this forum and just learning about the Inga plants. I have ordered a couple and plan to eat the cooked seeds, I believe this is ok for the Inga Fuellis but I am not clear re: cooking and eating the vulpina?
