HELP! Possible HLB Infection

Hi, I recently bought a paige mandarin tree, and its been getting yellow blotches, I live in Fullerton CA, and I''m deciding on whether to contact local authorities Thank you

Citrus trees get yellow blotches in the leaves for many reasons other then HLB.  If you can gives us a better picture we might e able to help you. - MIllet
