Geffner late season fruit

I found this Geffner atemoya fruit hiding in the canopy today.

Yeah, I have a couple that seed borers didn't get.

So far never had seed borers here in central Texas.

Last year I had none, this year they got most of them, next year I'll bag them.

I have 2 small ones, the ants and mealybugs are on them don't know if I even want to try eating them.  What is the ripening time for these?
