What is this on my Mango?

I did look around on the forum but couldn't find a comparable picture of these white spots on my Nam Doc Mai leaves. Seems to be small white spots congregated--can anyone give some insight on this and how to treat it?

Insect stuff. Normal and harmless.

I see those on a few leaves as well, they haven't caused any problems so far

I have to admit, the tree seems fine--flushing again and again, just curious from a damage prevention standpoint.

Robdallek,
Those may be white mango scale eggs.
See pg 60 of 184. I have found this (link) to be a useful field guide.

Yes mango scale.
what I did was just make a very very weak soap and/or Neem, and water , get a towel, and wipe them clean the leaves off. they can spread fast.
sometime if its just one leaf or two , just starting Ill just smudge them with my finger.
