Grow Star Apple - Cainito in cooler climate

Has anyone tried growing this in a pot?  How about in a cooler climate?  I'm zone 7 in NC and I'm wondering if it would grow and Fruit plus taste good?  Any thoughts?

Dont mean to be a downer but it would not survive in Zone 7, at least not to fend for itself.  You would need a greenhouse, and a fairly large one.  Tree gets pretty big/  While you can try and maintain its size, would still eventually need to a large pot (at least a 100 gal) and it will need a greenhouse larger than most have or will build.

Well that stinks lol.  Wanted to try some, they look delicious.  I have a greenhouse but its unheated and small.  I could accommodate maybe something 6-8 feet tall and 6 feet wide without taking my other stuff out but that would be too much.  Guess I'll just germinate the Seeds and sale them off .  That's a downer.  I want a white sapote maybe that's a better choice if I can find one from a forum member or something.  Thanks for letting me know
