Try asking Adam with Flying Fox Fruits. He has a lot of Eugenias, including the black pitanga and the pitangatuba.

Hi! I have yellow Grumixama seeds, and Cherry of Rio Grande seeds (already sprouted), and might be able to get Black Pitanga.
