It was only a matter of time. I am not surprised. The other few citrus areas will eventually follow unfortunately. As citrus is grown across the Gulf Coast there is no reason to expect the little buggers not to gradually migrate over, I doubt the relative coolness will have much of an effect.

Those places in central California are pretty hot in the summer I think.
I've been seeing them here in LA but they stopped treating the area since there's so may reports. I just spray them off my plants.
