Olosapo nutrient deficiency

I have a 14 month old Olosapo I have been growing indoors because I love it too much to gamble with planting it outdoors in our extremely hot and windy weather. Anyway, the plant's new growth is starting to show some type of nutrient deficiency but I don't know which nutrient. I do give the plant diluted solution (4ml/100ml) of NPK 10-10-7.5 plus mico nutrients every month or so. I sure need your help. Here are the pics:

During the course of the year, the tree have grown closer to the light, can this be a light burn? or a nutrient deficiency? and if so which nutrient?

Yellow at the edges of leaves... salt buildup in the soil?  Do you have very hard water?

I use city water, de-chlorinated.

City water can be hard.  If you boil a pot of water, do you get white scale on the pot?

Ignore what I said.  I agree with above poster, magnesium deficiency looks right

It is odd that's it is on the newer leaves. Isn't magnesium a mobile nutrient?
