Just update, found it from one of the forum member. Thanks all for the responses. Just wondering, we should have a post related to cuttings trading/selling given the season is up. Not sure if there is already one available.

Hey Swapnil,

What is your experience with Mulberry cuttings? We’re you successful in rooting them? I live in San Jose too and would love to plant Pakistan Mulberry here. Any info you have would be useful

I have affordable cuttings available

http://tropicalfruitforum.com/index.php?topic=30747.0

I originally started my tree from a cutting. I had 2 out of 3 dormant cuttings
root for me. I have read in this forum it is not an easy mulberry to root? I am offering
6 different types and the I have never successfully rooted the white shatoot and have
tried numerous times, but my tree in my yard was grown from a cutting? I recently tried
to root the Thai dwarf and put 2 cuttings in a jar of water. within 30 days both cuttings
were loaded with roots. I also have rooted the Shangri la, dwarf everbearing, and my
unknown type very easily from cuttings and I like the fruit much better then the Pakistan Black?
I will try the white shatoot in a jar of water and see if it is possible
