Gonz I only have Birula the pic is from a friends Lisa. Birula is vigorous spreading tree easy to keep at 10-12'. low seeds count smooth creamy flesh a hint of berrie

I have seen it with fruits in Orange County and San Diego. Also in the inland areas too.

There are plenty of atemoya tree at swapmeet in OC every weekend. The only issue is that you won't get named cultivar.
