small fruiting shrub, looks like Tibouchina.
« on: November 04, 2012, 09:37:02 AM »
has anyone heard of a plant like this?

it looks like a tibouchina, (leaves and purple flowers), and makes small fruits that superficially look like a blueberry or downy Myrtle.

they're supposed to be sweet and all the kids eat them up!

I will post pics of the plant asap!

thanks!
