He grows them in the fridge to keep the roots cooler (this species grows at high elevations, with heat on leaves, but cool water from mountain stream...so he must keep roots cool to have healthy plants, and hopefully one day blooms! At a much lower elevation, far away from home
As for the peppers...the point is to have one bush with both peppers on it. The plants live for over 3 years for me, and produce year after year. Ghost and scotch bonnet are my favorites...so why have to walk across the garden to pick from two separate plants?...why not have them on the same bush? I did it for fun to! U never see grafted peppers, now u do.
