There has been crazy rain in my district in the last couple of years with many places getting nearly double their usual rainfall.I had 58 inches in March and a friend at Tully had over 70 inches including 18 in one night. It should be the dry season now but on Thursday night half the district had 12 to 17 inches of rain.I should only get 100 inches a year  but it has been 4 years since it was that low.

We finally had a dry day in South Florida :). Time to start spraying copper.

Oscar how is the soil there, does it drain well?

Farming at 2 different locations, one with lava rock, obviously excellent drainage, another with clay loam, good drainage, but can get waterlogged if it pours night and day, many days without stop.

I'm hoping Sub Tropical Beryl will give us some rain in the next few days...they have our rain chances at 40%-60% between Sunday and Tuesday...we could really use some! I would like to give my trees a little fertilizer before it rains.

Beryl may help. My area got a dousing two days ago from an early season east and west coast seabreeze collision but more is needed. The people in northern Florida are really dry.
