Sounds like a disease.  Is their a vaccine to prevent it?  Or would you want to prevent it?  I suppose not.

Some have described it as 'fermented-cabbage-in-mouth disease'. 😉

I plan to go to Borneo in the next 5 or so years. Hopefully there will still be some left by then... 😫

I am glad I am not the only one :-D a dream come true indeed..man how many dreams I had of Borneo. One dream was so realistic, I was tasting graveolens, kutejensis and other species and then planting the seeds aftewards.. I was so dissapointed when I woke up and realized I had to go to work, you can't imagine :-D

Well, today is the fruiting durian season in Borneo, but for Durio graviolens currently not fruitful.
Hopefully your dream come true, and besides the cost of living in Indonesia is quite cheap compared to your country.
So I'm sure you can go here one day.
Actual dream is me, because I want to go to your country but definitely very expensive.
Sorry if my english messed up, I could not speak English.
Hopefully you can understand my words, because I use a translator to communicate with you guys haha

Yes,you right Harry.
I also often want a garden that is filled with all kinds of berries like blueberry, blackberry etc.So that makes me jealous of your gardens, I'm telling the truth.
My translator might be pretty good, but not my english.
Looks like I have to learn English more.

The cost of living is cheaper here compared to your country, but as long as you don't live in jakarta.

Maryoto, when I grow up my dream is to live in Bali and have a tropical fruit farm and export all over the world. I think that Salak deserves to be on the market rather than other vile tasting fruits like buddhas hand, citron, bland tangerines, apples.

No, I like apples there is just too much focus on them in the market, you will see about 200 apples where there are only 10 of a better fruit.

I do not have access to Mangifera caesia Jack, this fruit only can be found in Borneo.
I have plans to go to Borneo to visit my uncle and look for rare fruits, if my money is enough.
Maybe when the fruiting season next year I can find the information for you.

You can't ship mango seeds to USA anyway because of the seed weevil, I wonder about the whole fruit though...
