Seeds sounds good. It's worth the wait and I'm not a big grafter anyways. Please PM me.

most of the seeds inside a Yuzu are likely to be clones of the parent plant, since Yuzu is a polyembryonic citrus cultivar
However, be aware that a seedling grown from a Yuzu seed will not necessarily always end up being another Yuzu. The Yuzu could have been pollinated by other citrus in the vicinity. Even if this is the case it will still likely turn out to be something interesting and worthwhile to grow, because there are many flavorful citrus varieties in Japan that are believed to be Yuzu hybrids.

Four Winds (based in CA) carries yuzu but I believe they're sold out this season.
-
La Crescenta Nursery carries yuzu, although they're a bit pricey. Only 5 hours away from you.

I have a Four Winds Yuzu. it's been about 4 years since I purchased it from OSH. it has a cluster of fruits ripen at the moment. I recall the fruits usually turned yellow in the winter. not sure why it's different this year. I am concern with the deadly HLB virus in California and I am not sure on the policy regarding scion distribution.

There were several types of seedless yuzu but not available in the US. If we have the seedless variety, why should we go for the extremely seedy one?
