Carica papaya var. dwarf ‘Pusa Nahna’ is a ultra dwarf variety and suitable for cultivation in kitchen garden, pot or even on the roof of the house. It can produce fruit up to 3 years.
Dwarf plant of 106.54 cm height. Precocious dioecious (female and male plants generally in ratio 1:1) and bears fruit at a height of 30 cm above the ground and tolerant to water logging. Fruits are medium sized (963.33 g), pulp is thin (2.10cm) and yellow in colour, TSS is about 8.13-9.4 Brix and cavity is low (26.53 %).

Seeds are from a reliable breeder. Germination was personally tested at 60-70% within 6 weeks without accelerator.
Fresh seeds from April 2019. Instructions will be provided.

have you or the seed seller/grower actually produced one of these? The photo you posted is commoly shared on the internet.

These are original seeds which are exactly in the description. The picture is from a dwarf papaya, not my own.
All I can say the description is accurate and the seeds are original, not many available pictures on internet. You can wait half a year until my plants will grow.

If you have doubts or challenge my trustfulness then I strongly encourage you not to buy.

Seeds still stand a good germination rate at 70%, now it's good time to sow papaya seeds for summer harvest.

Any images of the ones you germinate about 6 months ago? Did they bear fruit already?
Life is all about learning, but sometimes, the more you learn, the less you seem to know...

I got the seeds last summer. I start papayas in december/january so I get a full season, overwintering seedlings here is difficult. Here under cold weather they die, hopefully this year I get fruit.

this will probably survive here until November when the temperature starts to go below +8 C, so i cannot grow it. If you have gomera 1 mango, papaya (vasconcelea) pubescens scions, Passiflora incarnata or ligularis scions, or Casimiroa edulis self fertile plant, please let me know. Thank you.
