Tree was labeled el bumpo from the nursery.  Not sure which nursery grew it but apparently mislabeled.

Yes I picked it today, didnt realize it was there until today.  I dont think its a knight since my knights dont have the bumps.

I think it's an underripe Dr. White- could be fully ripe on the counter top in a few days possibly.

After looking at some photos i believe it is Dr. White as well

It could be a Dr White. My Dr White looks more like the fruit in this video. Note that the two fruit in the video look slightly different even though they came off the same tree.

Dr White typically has a vigorous upright growth habit but can be influenced by the rootstocks.

Im really bummed if its dr white.  Ive already got a dr white and la verne "vietnamese".  The trees can be top worked but theres 2 years down the toilet.

I talked to the nursery where I got the tree and they said it came from the same people who brought you the "vietnamese cherimoya".   That place said its a dr white and they will quit selling the fake bumpos now.  Lame.
