Shipping plants to Puerto Rico

Anyone ever bare root and get the stamps to ship mango trees and such to Puerto Rico? Trying to help cousin get some interesting varieties of mango on his property. Curious as to how complex the process is to get the agricultural stamp etc....

You need to get a phyto sanitary certificate at your state ag department. Give them a call and see what's required. Yes will have to be bare rooted and clean of all insects: aphids, mealy bugs, scales, ants etc.
