As long as you are being shipped a corm and not a tissue cultured plant you should be fine. You also need to consider the temperatures the corm is being exposed to. But this time of year I would thing is a good time to ship corms also. Bill
This is an excellent time to ship corms, but if they are sent too wet, they may rot midway.It's better if they dry out than if they start rotting, I had many corms start rotting and unable to stop the rot.
Are those plants from the italian nursery?Didnt see that they sell black pitangas.I would place a bet that they'll make it, with some initial care.
