Persian lime is a fast growing tree. Your tree should do fine.

Best limes for sure as I got rid of my mexican lime tree. These are bigger, juicier and way more flavorful IMHO.
I just got rid of my key limes also. Bearss/Persian is clearly the way to go.
Oh I am not familiar with the sweet limes
I wonder why UCR list NZ Lemonade tree with the sweet limes. The parentage is unknown. I would think the tree would be listed as a sweet lemon. I have a producing NZL tree, and can attest the fruit is very nice tasty.
