Canistel Smoothie

• 1/4 teasp. ground Cinnamon
• 1 1/2 cups low-fat plain Yogurt
• 2 1/2 cups Canistel pulp, frozen
• 1 tablesp. Honey
• Juice from half Lime

Combine all the ingredients in a blender, pulse until smooth
and serve immediately.
Serves two in about 10 minutes.
