All my mango trees have been producing very well except this Sweet Tart mango tree, it’s been in the grown Approx 5 Years and have produced a hand full of fruit.
Is sweet tart known as a heavy producer ?
I will consider top Working this tree this season .
I planted this Sweet tart double Seedling approx 2 years about and it’s growing very clean and has a very nice shape I think I’m going to dig it up and planted in a open area .
I planted this sweet Tart Seedling because it grew well and the tree is clean , another thing I noticed when I broke open a leave , you get a very strong fruity scent , more stronger than the mother tree .
A while back a member provided a link to the RFC Mango fertilization schedule, I saved it on my old phone and no longer have it , can anyone provide that link ?
I Grafted this Guava Mango Scion on 8-2-19 Today I took thus picture and it looks like it’s pushing! It’s the 4th Successful Graft using this RBZT METHOD.
My Multi-Grafted Mango tree is looking good so far 😉
Was working today in sarasota , stopped by a Garden Center where I spotted a very nice large 3Gal Guava Mango tree a few weeks ago and it was still there !
Yeap bought it , now I have 3-3 Gal Mango trees that will have to be planted in 1 Hole . Those Are : Guava Mango Pinaple Pleasure M4
It’s going to have to work if I want to keep them all 😁
Just picked this nice size FH Mango , smells dam good , I hope it taste good, I Belive the prior FH I picked where picked To early they tasted awfull ..
I started to Top Work my FH tree , If this one taste good I will leav3 a few FH branches .
Iv been noticing that the new tender leaves on my 3Gal CC tree are curling and dropping , is this a Normal Trate Of this tree ? I get the impression that this tree is genetically weak?
Will restart my top working project to : Sweet Tart , Maha , M4, Orange Sherbert , scrapped the CC project did not know you couldn’t Graft it onto your own tree .
