tradewindstruit.com (located in Cali.) has many species as well as Carica papaya varieties. Toptropicals.com is also pretty good and closer to you (FL). Seedman.com is ok too. Raul is great for Jacaratia mexcana seeds, but he is not located in the US unfortunately and you mentioned that as a necessity for you.

Hawaiian Solos are excellent and they don't have the puke aftertaste.
